Alpsport will replace or refund any product that is found to be defective.

- Delivery costs will not be refunded, regardless of whether delivery was charged to the customer or not.
Alpsport will exchange any item in new condition in original packaging with proof of purchase in 14 days.

- We cannot warranty items that are not within the warranty period outlined by the individual manufacturer (usually 12 months).
Due to safety regulations we cannot exchange or accept returns on any personal protection equipment (PPE). This includes safety harnesses, slings/webbing, ropes/cord, and all safety related hardware. Always refer to the manufacturer’s harness size charts provided on our website before purchasing.
