How do I join the VIP Club?
Joining the VIP Club is easy. Just follow this link, and enter your contact details. You'll be kept up to date about all of our great sales and you'll be invited to our special events, like our ski and snowboard tuning seminars.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on a few things, like where you live and whether your item is in stock or is at warehouse. If you want to find out how long your item will take to arrive, either before or after you place your order, give us a call on (02) 9858 5844 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What's the difference between In Stock and Online Only items?
If an item is In Stock, it means it's in our store and ready to ship. If an item is Online Only, it means it's not available to view in store and is shipped in from warehouse when an order is placed.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Absolutely. Most of our orders are sent using our courier network, but if you have a PO Box we'll send your order via Australia Post.

Can you ship overseas?
No, we only ship to Australian addresses.
