On some occasions, the costs to ship some orders may be prohibitively high, typically due to the long distances to certain locations. We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund, or offer the customer the option to contribute towards shipping costs directly. On such occasions, we will advise the customer as soon as possible after an order is placed.
All parcels require a signature on delivery, unless the customer requests and 'Authority to Leave' in writing.
