Change of Mind
Change of Mind returns (including incorrect sizing) are accepted within 14 days of receipt, for exchange with another item or store credit only. All returned items must be in new unused/unworn condition, with tags and any packaging.
We do not accept any Change of Mind returns for the following items:
- Priced to Clear Items
- Snow Helmets
- Snow Goggles
- Climbing & Abseiling Equipment
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Faulty Goods
Should any items be found to be faulty or defective within their warranty period, Alpsport will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Notes:
- In the case of all returns and exchanges, an original receipt must be provided by the customer.
- In the case of all returns and exchanges, except in the case of Faulty Goods, return shipping to Alpsport and any shipping back to the customer must be paid for by the customer.
