Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you can exchange for another item or return for store credit with 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new unused/unworn condition, with tags and any packaging.

Faulty Goods

Should any items be found to be faulty or defective within their warranty period, Alpsport will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Notes:

  • In the case of all returns and exchanges, an original receipt must be provided by the customer.
  • In the case of all returns and exchanges, return shipping to Alpsport and any shipping back to the customer must be paid by the customer.
  • Due to safety regulations, Alpsport cannot accept returns or exchanges of any Climbing Equipment or Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). This includes all harnesses, ropes, slings and webbing, hardware etc.
