Change of Mind
Change of Mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, for exchange with another item or store credit only. All returned items must be in new unused/unworn condition, with tags and any packaging.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs asscoiated with returns, and an original receipt must be provided.
We do not accept any Change of Mind returns for the following items:
- Snow Helmets
- Snow Goggles
- Climbing & Abseiling Equipment
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Faulty Goods
Should any items be found to be faulty or defective within their warranty period, Alpsport will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
